Rewarding top performers with an incentive trip to Split
THE BRIEF
SThree wanted to arrange an incentive trip for top performers across their UK & I Teams to reward them for their performance over the past year. The trip would reward 25 delegates from across the UK and Ireland with an incredible experience. SThree wanted a main activity that would be fun, memorable and a little different. Gray Dawes Events was up for the challenge.
WHAT WE DID
Gray Dawes Event took the brief and ran with it, coming up with a range of accommodation, dinner and activity options and presenting these to SThree. From this the Hotel Marvie was chosen. We then went about sourcing and confirming flight options for the 25 passengers attending the event from across the UK and Ireland. Once those were put in place, we liaised with the ground transport provider to secure their transfers to and from the airport.
Our team was available and onsite throughout the event to coordinate arrivals and departures, management of the rooming lists for check-in and check-out of the hotel, as well as ensuring that the activity was in place and ready for the client. We travelled ahead to all off-site restaurants chosen (Dvor and Chops Grille) to ensure that these were set up and ready for our clients.
The catamaran proved to be a fantastic choice, providing a great activity for both excitement and relaxing. We were responsible for the organisation of the activity including sourcing additional drinks onsite to cater for everyone’s tastes. This also included transportation to and from the port, management of the group once docked in Hvar Town, organisation of lunch on the Island of Hvar and swimming stops for people to enjoy the sun and sea.
SUMMARY
The event was a huge success with lots of positive feedback throughout from delegates. Gray Dawes Events continue to work with SThree and we’re looking forward to continuing to put together these fantastic rewarding experiences for their employees.
