What we did

From the very start, we worked closely with our client – a leading high street retailer – to shape a Christmas celebration that would be truly memorable for their team. During the initial planning stages, we recommended a range of venue options that aligned with the brief, with a key focus on proximity to Waterloo in London for ease of access. 

Once the perfect venue was selected, we negotiated favourable terms on behalf of the client. This included successfully reducing the minimum spend requirements and refining the finer details to ensure the best possible experience for party-goers, all while staying within budget and aligned with the client’s goals. Our team took the lead in planning the logistics and flow of the entire event. Working in partnership with the client, we conducted multiple site visits to make sure every element of the setup up from guest arrival to the final toast, was thoughtfully designed and flawlessly executed.

On the day of the event, we were on-site from start to finish, managing every aspect of the celebration. From coordinating catering and entertainment to ensuring guest safety and smooth logistics, we handle it all – allowing the client to relax and enjoy the festivities with their team. We also managed all contracting and financial arrangements, streamlining the process through a monthly account to make invoicing simple and efficient.
