The Brief
We were tasked with delivering a high-touch, European luxury incentive for top-performing Heads of Business.
Our client demanded a “prestige event with an exclusive feel.” So, we got to work on producing an indulgent reward event programme, based at a unique destination to “wow” the company’s Heads of Business; a group of affluent, highly demanding and well-travelled attendees… and their partners!
The Brief

Our client demanded a “prestige event with an exclusive feel.” So, we got to work on producing an indulgent reward event programme, based at a unique destination to “wow” the company’s Heads of Business; a group of affluent, highly demanding and well-travelled attendees… and their partners!
What we did
We jointly chose Valencia as the destination; a fantastic Spring climate, plus the spectacular City of Arts and Sciences’ L’Hemisfèric, as the centrepiece for the awards night.
Guests arrived into Spain in style via two privately chartered aircraft before being whisked away on arrival to the luxurious, beachside Las Arenas hotel.
The evening’s gala dinner at fully branded and themed L’Hemisfèric commenced with a red carpet arrival and drinks reception, followed by canapés, a lavish three-course meal and open bar.
Following dinner the entertainment commenced through host Chris Dugdale, with Michael McIntyre as the star act who was also on hand to present the awards. The night ended with music and dancing ahead of transferring back to Las Arenas.
The second day was a relaxed affair with a variety of activity options plus a traditional Spanish paella lunch within a private area of the hotel before the private flights returned to the UK.
