THE BRIEF

One of our existing clients in the Pharmaceutical’s industry needed support in their attendance – both as exhibitors and speakers – at the Diabetes UK Conference.

They needed someone to support the twenty staff members attending, including hotel accommodation for speakers and exhibitors, visitor registration, installation and build of their stand, plus managing all health and safety, furniture and on stand catering.

WHAT WE DID

Gray Dawes Events project managed the end-to-end exhibition experience for our client. We took the time to make sure that every functional element was planned out in advance, removing the burden from our client and allowing them to focus on their speeches and on-stand communication.

The client benefited from having a single point of contact taking care of all these elements who was available for any queries along the way. Plus we provided weekly financial and project management reporting for full transparency and peace of mind.
