A luxury annual incentive trip for staff and partners

THE BRIEF

AGCO runs an annual international incentive inviting their top dealers from around the world. This incentive trip is designed to reward and recognise their best dealers by offering a luxury trip for staff and partners. This also gives AGCO staff a chance to meet with their dealers in person and build long lasting connections and relationships.

The incentive event needed to provide a real wow factor that would demonstrate AGCO’s commitment to their staff and partners and provide a long-lasting, positive memory for years to come.

WHAT WE DID

Working closely with the client we identified several options and agreed that the beautiful island paradise of Aruba would be a fantastic setting for the incentive trip.

We put together a five day itinerary for AGCO’s 40 passengers, with flights from across the globe converging in Amsterdam for onward travel to Aruba.

Upon arrival, the delegates were whisked off to the sensational 5-star Renaissance Wind Creek Aruba Resort. From here they enjoyed a five day itinerary of fine dining, activities and local experiences, with a chance to take in some culture delivered by local experts and guides.

Activities included an Aruba downtown food tour, a Jeep safari island tour, catamaran cruise and a range of additional optional activities such as deep sea fishing, kayak tours and horseback riding. Throughout their stay, the group were also treated to a selection of delicious dining options from a range of incredible restaurants, plus a gala dinner on the beach, and enjoyed plenty of free time utilising the resorts incredible leisure facilities.

SUMMARY

The incentive was a huge success with guests commenting how fantastic the experience was. Many highlighted the Jeep safari, catamaran cruise and gala dinner on the beach as real memorable highlights.
