What we did
Thanks to our previous experience of working together, we were able to deliver proposals for a number of different ideas and activity types that we knew would fit with the client’s brand.
Having discussed these, the client chose the Spy School experience delivered at the Oxford Thames Hotel. Set on the River Thames, we specifically selected the venue as we knew the river and its tow-paths would provide a fantastic backdrop for the Spy School activities, and a welcome retreat from their London base.
The Spy School activities were based on a GPS treasure hunt utilising iPads. The 40 strong team was broken into groups and – after coming up with some interesting group names – completed Spy-themed challenges and documented them with photos and video taken with the iPads.
Activities included covert photography, the art of disguise, hero, interrogation and gadget tasks (amongst others!).

The Summary
Despite the January weather, the whole team really got involved in all the activities. The result was an engaged, enjoyable conference.
The feedback that was received from the client was fantastic and we are already working together for their next big event.
