The client were looking for a partner to help organise their first ever global conference. Our brief was to create an exciting and engaging global conference for 125 delegates. They wanted to forget the traditional conference format and keep the ‘talking at you’ sessions to a minimum.
WHAT WE DID
We provided a tailored, action packed, four-day itinerary with unique activities to suit the client. These included small team sessions learning the basics of Samba rhythms using drums, shakers and cow bells to appreciating the art of keeping time with their hips whilst reading audio and visual signs.
Gray Dawes Events also organised an evening dinner on the beautiful London Eye’s Barracuda where the client’s staff sipped cocktails and took in the stunning views of some of London’s most famous landmarks.
To finish off this successful event, delegates enjoyed their final night at a presentation where Dorian the magician entertained guests on arrival and the Posh Photo Booth Company were hired to provide delegates with a memory that they can keep on their desks forever.
