Once in a lifetime sales incentive to Singapore & Bali

THE CHALLENGE

Provide a luxury, long-haul sales incentive to drive tyre sales.

Our client’s most prestigious annual incentive award, a long haul trip that combines a visit to experience a Formula 1 Grand Prix event alongside time to relax and jointly celebrate exceeding sales targets. Previous destinations for this trip have included Sao Paulo, Kuala Lumpur and Austin.

THE EXPERIENCE

THURSDAY & FRIDAY: The group took an overnight flight with Singapore Airlines from Heathrow. Given the length of flight, on arrival at the Meritus Marina Mandarin guests were given the rest of the day at leisure with a food allowance to dine within the hotel at a time and place that suited them.

SATURDAY: Optional day activity- visit to Resorts World, Sentosa. In the evening we escorted guests to the highly exclusive, members-only China Club for dinner.

SUNDAY: Optional golf at the Marina Bay Golf Club or time to explore the shopping and culture of Singapore. Late afternoon, guests congregated at the Atrium Lounge for a light buffet before heading to take their seats at the Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix.

MONDAY: Following breakfast guests travelled to Changi Airport to board their flight to Bali. Upon arrival the group transferred to the Bali Four Seasons Jimbaran Bay. The rest of the day was spent at leisure before an evening meal at Sundara.

TUESDAY: A day of relaxation to enjoy the hotel’s fabulous facilities ahead of an authentically Balinese dinner at Tanjung Benoa.

WEDNESDAY: Today’s activity was an exploration of the Bali coastline, reefs and marine creatures… by submarine! The journey back included a stop at “super-fast-meets-fine-dining” Cuca for lunch. Following an afternoon at leisure guests had plenty of time to relax and prepare themselves for the grand finale of the trip- a Gala Dinner at Coconut Grove.

THURSDAY: One final morning to luxuriate in the Balinese surroundings before returning to the airport for the return journey to the UK.
