What we did
Our full event management service included:
• venue sourcing
• all activities to suit a variety of ages
• food & beverage sourcing and supply
• all aspects of health & safety management
• suitable first aid provision
We suggested three venues to suite the client’s requirements, including locations in Henley-on-Thames, Brighton and Guilford. The variety of activities we offered ranged from face-painting, team-building games, a chill zone, story reading zone, school sports day competition and a fun treasure hunt.
A comprehensive budget was prepared and shared with the client at every stage of planning, plus full programme information and site visits.
